The SMILEGOV negotiation has been finalised. Attached you may find the latest version of Annex I that is acceptable by EACI. Annex II (budget) is also attached, although it is not confirmed yet by the financial Officer.

Regarding the kick-off meeting, all of you have confirmed availability on 29-30th April, so dates are final. In Greece these days are the beginning of the Holy Week (Easter on May 5th). We currently examine different options for the island that will host the meeting, it should be easily accessible (either by a short boat trip or by plane) and have convenient venue and hotel facilities in order to facilitate moving around ideally on foot. I will come to you on this.
